The third volume in the Sound Elixirs series by Brad Vanlandingham, released on 11 December, 2012 is rooted in the essence of compassion. "What sounds, chords, movements convey compassion, was the question held, as this album was created. What turns the inner most heart of our human nature to the feelings, thoughts and atmosphere of compassion is a tender loving kindness that understands what it's like for another. Compassion is most readily accessible as we turn our love to others; toward our children, partners in life, parents, friends, those we easily feel affinity toward. In these compositions, that affinity is what became the core of each piece.
